We can schedule a complimentary meeting to discuss your vacation requirements. This meeting can last between 10-60 minutes and is meant for us to be able to understand your requirements and give you a chance to get to know how we might be able to help you achieve your vacation goals. 

Finalize the Itinerary 

Once the itineraray is finalized, I will send over paperwork that I will need you to fill out for me in order to proceed with doing the booking. 

Reservations

Once the itinerary is finalized I initiate the process of making the necessary reservations for the trip.  After this point, three further changes can be made to the itinerary and each change will incurr a fee of $100, not including the vendor fees.
