There are times folks reach out to us with a clear idea of their intended destination. And then there are folks who know what they like and what they have enjoyed in the past but would like to try a new destination. 

For the undecided group, we have a 15 minute quiz that will assist us in determining your traveller personality and help us come up with a couple of locations that might suit all the members of the group. 

Once you have decided the location,  dates and list of activities each person would like we try to put together an itinerary for each individual on the group. During this process we encourage you to stay as involved or uninvolved as you want. 

We have had friends who do not enjoy the planning process and are entirely happy to let us do the footwork. Then there are those who would like to make their own hotel reservations based on our recommendations. 

Sometimes plans change or a friend returns from the locale and tells you about a must have experience. We are happy to work with you on making changes to your final itinerary. We do ask that changes to the itinerary be kept to a total of 3 changes per group.
